About the Department:
The School of Law has two fundamental missions. First it prepares students to use their law degree in a broad range of public and private sector organizations with the Commonwealth and around the world. Second, it produces academic scholarship that expands society's understanding of law and legal institutions with a special focus on using economic tools and methods to do so.
About the Position:
The Assistant Director of Academic Administration serves as the starting point for all law school academic administration matters, including: the support of adjunct faculty; the management of the teaching evaluation processes at the law school; the preparation and publication of course schedule documents; the management of courses in GMU’s systems. In addition this position supports students, faculty, and staff in day-to-day administrative matters.
