About the Position:
The Schedule and Event Assistant is responsible for assisting the Schedule and Event Coordinator with all aspects of event management and scheduling of performing arts venues on the Fairfax campus. The Center for the Arts is part of the College of Visual and Performing Arts, whose mission is to make the arts an intrinsic part of the lives of every George Mason University Student and area resident.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in performing arts management, events management, and venue operations while also building skills in communication and project management.
Responsibilities:
The Schedule and Event Assistant will report directly to the Schedule and Event Coordinator for the Center for the Arts.
