Work Schedule: The Admissions Office operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate is expected to work a minimum of 18 hours per week during these hours, with the possibility of working up to 25 hours per week. In addition, the ideal candidate will be scheduled to work on Fridays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University is seeking a part-time Admissions Assistant to support the JD Admissions Office.

About the Position:
The Admissions Assistant serves as the first point of contact for the JD Admissions Office, welcoming visitors and supporting daily operations. This part-time, in-person role includes front desk coverage, administrative support, and assistance with admissions events and communications.
The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role is scheduled for 18–25 hours per week, within the Admissions Office hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Availability on Fridays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM is required.
